-Shipping costs are calculated based on location of shipping address and the weight of the items.

-Local pickup is free. Pickup location is near the downtown Columbus area. If you select this option at checkout, I will send you an email to coordinate pickup.

-Local delivery for a small fee is also an option if you live within the 270 Outer belt. Please provide specific delivery instructions upon selecting this option at checkout (where you prefer I leave the package, if there is a leasing office or package room, etc). I will follow up via email with estimated delivery date/time. I am not responsible for lost or stole packages- please make sure you are able to tend to the delivered package promptly after it is delivered.

-I pride myself with never having broken pieces in transit (knock on wood) due to my very thorough packing process! But, ceramics are fragile, so there is always a chance things happen- if your piece arrives broken or damaged, please reach out to me via email ASAP! When you receive your delivery, please try to open your package ASAP to ensure it was not damaged during transit.
